At Lasador, the restaurant at Hotel Lasa Sport, we pay tribute to traditional Castilian cuisine with a contemporary touch. Our dishes are prepared using seasonal ingredients and locally sourced produce, offering a gastronomic experience that blends flavour and quality.
We consider a group to be any party of more than 15 diners choosing the same menu, except for Menu 4, which features roast suckling lamb as the main course, where reservations are accepted starting from 8 diners.
In addition to our daily menu based on locally sourced cuisine, we offer a weekend menu that we update each month to stand out for the quality and preparation of its dishes.
